Limit the amount of times you touch your face - The average person touches their face at least 2-4 times a minute! Fingers can be a nesting farm for bacteria which can cause illness as well as clogging of your pores. Oil, dirt, and debris can also build up on your makeup brushes so it’s a good idea to have a disinfecting regimen for your brushes.
Wash your hair - Your hair produces oil that can transfer to your face that cause acne. Washing your hair daily can help neutralize this factor in contributing to your acne. Bangs are one of the main reasons for breakouts on your forehead. Make sure you wash off any gels, hairspray or any product off your hair because it blocks your skin pores which causes oil and bacteria to build up.
Wash your face! - Nothing can be simpler than washing your face everyday. Washing while using a moisturizer can increase your chances of having beautiful, flawless skin. Statistics shows that the more you touch a certain part of your face the chance of breakout is increased dramatically.
Your Diet & Exercise- Eating fruits or vegetables will create healthier skin than opposed to feeding your skin greasy, oily and fattening foods. However, you should be careful exercising, while it can stimulate your skin into a healthier glow, the sweat can cause an increase in breakouts per some claims. Make sure you take a shower or bath to wash all the sweat and musk off.
