When is the best time to wear sunscreen?
We suggest that if you step out your door at work, or at home, you wear sunscreen.  And do not let cloud cover fool you, you can still burn and burn bad!!!

SunWise: Ultra Violet (UV) exposure information

When choosing a sunscreen, it is important to remember that each persons skin is unique and may respond differently to the available options.  SPF is one guide that can help you protect your skin with numbers above 30 being ideal.  If dealing with acne prone, or sensitive skin, it may be more challenging to find a good option. One potion to consider is that several brands use the marker "sensitive skin" for the more gentle sunscreens.

Do not like busting out the sunscreen?  No problem, that is why they make hats.

Have you seen the crazy hats we wear?  That is right, have no shame and shake that hat!
